Our 5 apartments are located within an ancient villa built in the year 1100, set in a peaceful and refined context. Each apartment has retained its historical charm, with high ceilings featuring exposed wooden beams, original terracotta floors and high-quality finishes.

The apartments consist of a spacious living room with a well-equipped kitchen, large double and single bedrooms and one or two bathrooms with shower. They are perfect for those seeking a unique experience in an environment rich in history and comfort.

The spaces are furnished with antique pieces that blend perfectly with modern touches, creating an intimate and welcoming atmosphere. Large windows allow you to enjoy the view of the Lucca hills, while the location of the property ensures privacy and relax.

Guests will also have exclusive access to the surrounding olive grove, ideal for walks and moments of outdoor relaxation, as well as to the large saltwater pool to cool off during the warmer moments.
Lunch and dinner can be enjoyed in the villa’s gardens or next to the pool under the large canopy, equipped with tables, chairs and two barbecues.
